Position Overview:

As the MBA Intern at FlexAI, you’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO Office and Head of Procurement, responsible for driving impactful projects that contribute to our growth. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you’ll gain valuable insights into the operations of a high-growth AI startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to FlexAI’s strategic initiatives, providing hands-on experience in tech strategy and startup scaling.

Please note: This is an unpaid internship for the winter term.

What you’ll do:

• Lead special projects addressing strategic priorities and aligning with FlexAI’s growth objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
• Negotiate strategic deals, support price comparisons, and assist in vendor selection.
• Develop executive-level presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to gather insights, drive projects, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

What you’ll need:

• Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on strategy, finance, or operations at a top business school.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Passion for AI, technology, and a strong interest in understanding AI infrastructure.
• Bonus: GMAT score of 700+ is a significant plus!
