What we are looking for:

We are seeking Proactive and highly skilled Power Delivery Lead to develop the system hardware within our organization. .

What you'll do:

• Works on end-to-end power delivery design and development, spanning initial concept to implementation of power delivery at system level
• Collaborate with silicon and platform architects to enable power integrated circuits to best suite FlexAI system power requirements
• Designs power delivery solutions to meet energy efficiency and performance goals. Defines, implements, and analyzes power delivery networks including 2D and 3D model extraction and noise analysis to meet platform specifications.
• Applies knowledge of power conversion topologies including components, compensation circuits/stability analysis, drop/droop analysis, simulation tools, and techniques as well as PCB layout and design tools to characterize performance and validate correlation of simulation modeling and results.
• Designs and validates platform power conversion and management solutions including energy management and performs simulation and optimization for package and PCB including stack up, power/ground noise plane assignment, decoupling solutions and/or power sequencing requirements.
• Deep understanding of VR / Power Management Integrated Circuit Architecture and able to create test bench and test plans for VR validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system considering performance, power, area and cost trade-offs.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics or Electronics Engineering
• 8 plus years of proven experience in Power Delivery or Voltage Regulator implementation at System level [Board + Substrate]
• Validates and correlates VR /PMIC test tools and VR /PMIC behavioral models with hardware.
• Understanding of SoC level power delivery is a plus
• Multi-domain expertise including battery operated products to high power AI/HPC system design is a plus
• Well versed with System level Power ON, Testing, debug and product compliance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
