🤖 Position Overview:

Are you a passionate individual who thrives in fast-paced, global environments? Do you have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a knack for managing risk in software development? If so, we want to hear from you!

FlexAI is seeking an exceptional Agile Program Manager to spearhead the alignment of software timelines for our groundbreaking AI product. This is a pivotal role based in Paris, France, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with talented teams in Bangalore and Silicon Valley.

What you'll do:

• Own the SW program roadmap for the core AI product, ensuring seamless synchronization between software and hardware development efforts across three locations.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact timeline alignment, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.

• Champion Agile best practices across all teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between geographically dispersed teams, bridging technical and cultural divides.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.

• Manage dependencies and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and assets across the program.

• Monitor progress and identify roadblocks, proactively taking steps to keep the program on track and delivering value.

• Collaborate with product, engineers, and other technical leaders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement within the program.

• Represent the program in cross-functional meetings and forums, articulating its progress and challenges to key stakeholders.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A seasoned Agile practitioner with 5+ years of experience leading complex SW programs in a global environment.

• Proven ability to manage and synchronize cross-functional teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones.

• Deep understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles, ideally with experience in AI or related domains.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
